Day 1 Culture and People.
14:00 Welcome you into our home, relax, then we take you to visit our village to meet and interact with local people. Since you are living here with us, we would like you to stay and learn our culture though the local way of living.
Day 2 Organic Gardening.
Learn how to prepare garden beds, seeding and seed saving, Organic fertilizer Masters Course – living soils, composting, EM, IEM, Fungi.
Day 3 Cooking and Fermentation
Harvesting organic vegetables and herbs fresh from garden to kitchen to use in cooking, preserving, fermenting, and making natural products.
Day 4 Natural Power, Herbal and Natural Product nature Building.
Learn about and make bio-char [homemade charcoal]. We are working towards creating a self-sufficient home. We make our own biological charcoal <bio-char> for cooking and using in the garden beds among other uses. Learn to make soap with hot and cold processes, natural shampoo and other home care products. Make your own recipe for your body and your family with 100% natural ingredients. Learn about Thai herbs for basic medicinal use
Day 5 Having a farewell party in local style
