This Yoga and Meditation retreat is designed to deepen our understanding of how the elements and emotions relate to each other as well as how emotional and elemental balance and imbalance expresses itself.

Day by day we will deepen the exploration from the gross to the subtle. Embarking on a journey to explore the various colors, shades and vital messages emotions carry. Redefining our relationship to the present moment beyond labeling emotions and experiences as positive or negative.

This retreat takes you on a journey deeper than the muscular tissues of the body – to redefine our understanding of emotions, from issues to being one of the most valuable recourses we have for navigating through life and reclaiming our personal power and integrity.

This retreat takes place at Suan Sati, a meditation, permaculture and retreat center near Chiang Mai, in Northern Thailand. This is an All-inclusive retreat including 3 plant-based meals per day, accommodation, the daily schedule, and round-trip transportation from pickup point in the old city.
