Yin yoga has come to the forefront of the yoga world in recent years as the missing piece to unlocking the full potential of a complete and balanced practice. So what exactly is yin yoga and why should you be practicing it? Yin Yoga is the gentle application of tension and compression to the body which induces a healthy phase change in the tissue. The practice is characterised by long, static holds, using floor based asana for muscle relaxation and myofascial release, allowing for a meditative focus. Yin Yoga focuses on strengthening the inter-connectivity of the physical, mental, emotional and energetic dimensions of the body and its systems.

You will leave this course with:

  • YACEP certification
  • Improved ability to share Yin Yoga in your style, with your voice
  • A stronger base to teach all aspects of Yoga
  • More profound self practice
  • Comprehensive understanding of Yin Yoga and its different approaches
  • High level of confidence in yourself and your teaching
  • An invaluable experience

Yoga Alliance Certification

** After successful completion of the course, you will be presented with a Yoga Alliance recognized 100 Hour YACEP certification (Yoga Alliance Continuing Educational Provider) For yogis or teachers this course will deepen your practice and take your teaching to the next level.
