200 Hour Buddho Yoga TTC

Training Led By: Buddho Yoga

Jun 5, 2017 – Jul 7, 2017

Location: Suan Sati 1, Original Jungle Location

By extending the course to five weeks, Buddho Yoga can make the daily schedule a bit less study-intensive and more focused on living in the space of practice and supportive community. Not only that, this course also features a silent three-day meditation retreat on the third week, which will still include a morning yoga class. The daily schedule will consist of two three-hour sessions that are devoted to fulfilling the requirements for Yoga Alliance.
